Pricing Guidelines

Below is a guideline of our rates table we use when pricing the monthly charge for managing our clients’ infrastructure. All prices are quoted ex. VAT.

  • PCs / Macs / Client Workstations – €30 per PC per month.
  • Smart Phones – €10 per month.
  • Servers – €80 per server per month (€45 per Virtual Server Instance).
  • Firewalls / Routers – €80 per month.
  • Wireless Access Points – €20 per month.
  • Networking – €5 per month per active network point.
  • Printers and Other Miscellaneous Peripherals – €10 per month.
  • Telephony – Priced as per requirements.

Actual pricing of your infrastructure will be defined by various factors such as the quality and age of the equipment / services, usage of the equipment / services and the terms of the Service Level Agreement (response times etc.). Prices shown above reflect business grade equipment, fully utilised and with a one hour response to support requests.

Project Pricing

For one-off projects  such as infrastructure upgrades we charge hourly, daily or can agree fixed prices for defined projects. Project rates are based on a standard hourly charge of €95 ex. VAT for advanced systems administration and IT Management, €80 for basic systems administration and €120 for business consulting.

For software development our rates start at €60 per hour including both project management and development.
